Gadsden - Celebration of Life for Mrs. Dorothy A. Williams of Gadsden, who passed on Friday, June 4, 2021, will be 2:00 PM on Friday, June 11, 2021, at Galilee Baptist Church with Rev. G.E. Robinson, Officiating. Interment will be in Lincoln Hill Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Booker T. Williams and Mrs. Louise Williams; and her oldest sister, Mrs. Betty Jean Perry Phillips.
Mrs. Williams leaves to celebrate her life and legacy: a devoted son, Kenneth B. (Anita) Green of Gadsden, AL; nephew, Marlon J. (Rachel) Phillips of Gadsden, AL; aunt, Dorothy A. Williams of Gadsden, AL; cousins, Dr. Minta Maxine (Ronald) Downing of Detroit, MI, Barbara Ann Watkins, Brandi Watkins and Brenna Watkins all of Birmingham, AL, Angie; great nieces and nephews, Torrey Dion (Lisa) Saddler, Sr. of Pasadena, TX, Chandra Phillips of Huntsville, AL, Sha'Bre Nicole Ayers of Huntsville, AL, Drew Bernard Alexe of Lansing, MI and a host of nieces, nephews and friends; a dear friend, William Drain of Lutz, FL; special friends for many, many years, Mrs. Aileen McElderry and Mr. & Mrs. Leroy White.
