Rest easy, Master Joshy
From Granny keeping watch over all of us, to music bumping through the house. We grew up side by side, cutting up and making memories nobody can top. I'll never forget having licking salt off your feet just to get our way around the house. As kids we didn't know any better. You taught a young kid about culture and what music brought to our ears, just to cure some of our pain. Even with us being all different. You made sure that you kept yourself out of trouble and away from Granny's nice fly swatter! To all of us cry laughing, shooting dice on the porch, bottles in hand, and talking like the night would never end. Even when you dipped out for a bit, the second you came back it was like we never skipped a beat, same laughs, same hustle, same love. You weren't just my cousin, you were someone that inspired that little kid. Those memories are stamped in me forever. You were so proud of me and made sure I knew it. From old Caddies to fresh clothes you always knew how to keep us together when you were struggling yourself. Master Joshy, AKA "Tiny," keep the music loud, the dice hot, and the drinks cold up there. I know you'll be doing what you love the most and I'm going to catch you on that joy ride and it will be that old TX music we all love so much! Watch over me like you always have. Rest easy cuz. Much love, one love, all love! -Strawberry 😔
