My prayers and condolences to the family. I can truly say she was loved and well taken care of by family. When you do all you can you can rest with the peace of God. Miss Minnie was always dressed up on the outside but dressed more on the inside. That humble spirit and sweet smile let's one know that God was in charge of her life. She will be missed down here but welcomed by love ones gone before her. Her memories will be always be in your heart. Geraldine may God strengthen you and your family today and the days ahead. Weeping endure for a night but joy comes in the morning.

Her values, and beliefs will be everlasting, and none forgettable, she will have a memorable beside her sister Inez, my late mother.
Oh how this very special lady touched my heart. I called her "Mama Minnie". I really enjoyed helping take care of her at Chowan River. Her family were so dedicated and faithful to her; they made sure somebody was with her every day assisting with her meals and showing lots of love to her. Sending my deepest sympathy to all of you. Love and prayers, Kay Acurio
