Graveside ceremony for Charles Patrick Robinson "Chuck" 47, of Anniston, Alabama will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Anniston Memorial Gardens with Reverend Anthony Anderson officiating. Public viewing will be held from 1-6 PM on Friday, February 5, 2021 at the chapel of Goodson Funeral Home. Chuck loved football, basketball, fishing, family time, traveling, and cruising. He would keep you laughing and smiling. He was great with kids. There wasn't a person he came into contact with that he couldn't connect with. Chuck was a great teacher and motivator. His leadership qualities began back in 1992 where he led JSU football team to a national championship. Those qualities also led him to become a superintendent at Bridgewater Interior, where he was employed for 16 years. Mr. Robinson entered into eternal rest with the Lord on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. He was preceded in death by Lloyd Wakefield and Elmar Wakefield. Left to cherish, honor, and remember his love: his loving wife, Sonya Paige Robinson; son, Charles "Jalen" Robinson; grandchildren, Kamron Robinson and Zander Robinson; parents, Charles and Patricia Robinson; grandmother, Pearl Hudgens; brothers, Micheal (Amy) Robinson, Bryan (D'Lalaika) Robinson, and Carl (Lakevia) Fallin; a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
