Funeral ceremony for Theresa Mae Henry, 79, of Alexandria, Alabama will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Goodson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Edward Bolton Sr; officiating.

Public viewing will be held from 1-5 PM at the chapel. Ms. Henry passed away on Sunday, January 10,2021 at RMC in Anniston, Alabama. Theresa retired in 1993 from the Army Division of the United States Military after 25 years of service as Sergeant First Class Women's Division, "Wac". Although Theresa had no children of her own, she was the mother, grandmother, and aunt to many of her nieces and nephews. Theresa also known as "Aunt", "Aunt Theresa", and "Auntie", she was well-loved, a helpful, and a very caring person. Theresa's sudden death leaves to mourn and cherish her memories: one sister, Ms. Jessie Mary Henry Darling of Carrollton, Tx; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John Delmon Henry and Clara Rettig Henry; her father, Kermit Madero Henry; mother, Mollie Richardson-Henry; two brothers, Warnell Kermit Henry and Ulysses Henry; two sisters, Winona Jackson and Melverta Jordan.
