IM So sad to be having to speak about you without your presence. I've known you since I was old enough to speak, you were like my sister-in-law because I always looked at Frank as my brother. As a teenager we always looked at you and your family as the RICH FAMILY and always had fun whenever you guys were around. Wish i would have shared this story with you on our last encounter I say to the family let her legacy of love carry on your RADIANCE will surely be missed.

I first met Priscilla through my oldest and late sister, Joanne, for they were close friends. She would light up any room with that radiant, loving, and sincere smile.
