With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Ms. Frances Cook. She was truly one of a kind. Ms. Frances will be unforgettable; she was funny, outspoken and deeply loved by all who knew her. She leaves behind four children, Casey, Jordon, Dawn and Vera. As well as, her grandchildren and great-grandchild who adored her.

Ms. Frances has entered the afterlife and can now joyfully reunite with her oldest son, Quinton.
