I am so sorry to hear this. Mr. Miles was my supervisor at the U.S. Marshals. He was like my work father. He will be greatly missed. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

It has been many years since I had the pleasure of working with Franklin in Supply Management at the Postal Service. I still have fond memories of his sense of humor and his pride in his family. In his chosen profession as a contract negotiator and manager he was a true professional- knowledgeable, capable and absolutely committed to doing the right thing.I share the sorrow of his family and many friends.
