Dearest Ms. Martha, I can't recall not knowing you...I can clearly still hear you say my name. Your words of truth were a testament of your fearlessness, modesty and love. Kiss Ms. Mary for me. Mommy and me will always love you. Earnestine & Sheila ~

The Baptist General Convention of Virginia Women Ministry (BGCWM), Area D, District 1 extends our condolences and send our prayers to the family. Sister Fisher was a strong supporter of the BGCWM. She spent countless hours and always sent financial donations to support this ministry. Her presence and the presence of her family members were always at the Area D Women Day Annual Luncheon. Almost always they sat at the same table (they need two tables) dressed in their white outfits with green adornments. Sister Fisher served on many committees, and it was her "true grit" that made the committee functional and successful. The BGCWM will never forget the contributions and sacrifices she made to support this Ministry. "Rest in peace, our good and faithful servant." Annette Thomas, Area D, District 1. Chairperson
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
