Thank you lord for the time that you have given all of us to be graced with the present of Robert Macon my his family and love ones find comfort in you through these difficult days
Rest in peace. You will be missed by all. Rosetta
I first met Bob at the Birchmere, knowing him as the friendly chef who gave my daughter a free ice cream card. Through the course of conversation, I found we were family. He was the cousin-in-law of one of my closest friends who had adopted my family into hers. Throughout the years, I always enjoyed talking with him at the Birch and at family gatherings. We had a friendly battle going on about Marjorie's potato salad. I will miss his friendly, kind nature , sense of humor and generosity. My love goes to the family, especially Pooh.
It is hard to express just how close we were. Not many know that we lived together the first 8/9 years of my life. From sharing Christmas and Easter together. Every year my Dad would by us the chocolate Easter bunnies. You were both my cousin and my brother.I'm trying to hold back the tears as I reminisce those early years. We didn't have much but we had each other. We've come a long way thanks to the lessons Mom Macon taught us and the Love of God she instilled in us. I thank the Lord for blessing me with you. May you Rest in Peace and know how much I Love you! Freddy
