My deepest condolences to you and your family. Your mother was a beautiful soul. I met her only once, but she joined us on our prayer call as often as she could. She was such an encouragement, and out of all that she endured, she remained faithful till the end. What a testament! May God bless and keep you forever and always in His care. Donna Brown

It was an honor and a privilege to work with Val at DTRA. Always kind, always positive, and what an amazing sense of humor she had to always brighten our day! May you rest in eternal peace my friend. Sending my deepest condolences and prayers to her family. Becky Elliott
It was a Blessing to have bible study on zoom with Valeria. She would often say, "Sister Rupert, you have so much patience with me." I would say to myself, if their were more people willing to learn God's word as you are willing during your sicknes,, I can't have nothing but patience, love and compassion. I am not sad because I believe, I will see her again because she became a Christian and got baptized in November 2021. It was and honor knowing such a beautiful person.
My sincerest condolences to Val's family. Val was always so pleasant and great to work with. Her cheerful smile will be missed. May God speed. Michaelann

Words can never truly be enough to describe such a beautiful loving soul; an amazing mom, mother- in- law & Grandma whom my family met through my dear friend Kizzy. At every birthday party for her grandkids, she was there with lots of smiles and love for everyone. I would call her my mom too & she would smile and laugh and make sure my kids and I were okay. Heaven has gained an Angel indeed! You are dearly & fondly missed Mom Valeria. Sincere Condolences, Jennifer Ibekwe

My beautiful friend, I can see your smile as I walk up to your desk at DTRA to say hello. You fought a long battle beautiful but God has ended it and made you an Angel 😇 as you were here on Earth. God bless you and I love you Sister in Christ. Love ya always ladybug. Dee Brown
I had the pleasure of working with Val while assigned to DTRA. Val was kind, generous and a delight to work. I believed she really loved the Lord, because of her actions towards her coworkers. Even to those who did not treat her kindly she would not speak ill of them. My heart is heavy knowing she has transitioned from this life; nevertheless, I believe to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. To her family we pray that you accept our heartfelt condolences in this time of great sorrow. Peggy Lee Young
My deepest condolences to family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

My dear Sister in Christ, I rejoice in that you will dwell in the house of Our Lord Forever.

Cus, I can't believe you're no longer with us in the present. I can only find comfort knowing that you're not suffering. I still tell everyone I meet that I have a cousin who was my twin growing up. As I tear up writing this message, know I love you and will forever be so close to you throughout the remainder of my life. I just wish I had more time to be a present in your life while you were here. Love 💕 you, Gwen Diggs
