My condolences to the Hemphill family. I am so sorry to hear of Bruce passing. I agree with what others have said, my family and I met him at Jackson's Cafeteria and he would always make you smile or laugh even, with some random off the wall joke. 😆 The last one I remembered is when he found out I was a Cowboy fan. He began to tell me that he had gotten married over the weekend, before my sister Kathy and I could congratulate him good. He said stop I am getting an annulment. But why we asked? Because I found out she was a cowboy fan and Cowboys and Indians are unequally yoke! God got me out of that mess! He'd say! Won't he do it! He had so much compassion for people.
