Faye Lowery, 79, transitioned to her heavenly home on Saturday morning, February 5, 2022. She was born on August 19, 1942, in Gaston County, Crowder Creek area, to the late Roberta Glenn Fewell and the late Watson Fewell.
She attended Reid High School in Belmont, North Carolina. Earlier in life, she was a dedicated church member, belonging to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Bowling Green, South Carolina, every Sunday until her health declined. She was a hard worker and retired from Wix Corp with twenty-eight years of service. “Mama” never complained about anything even when her health started to decline.
She leaved precious memories to her two sisters: Janice Floyd and Renette Good, Debbie Huffstetler, children: Dana Lowery (Jeff Freeman), Cynthia Lowery (Dean Adams), and Cassandra Smith (Christopher), adopted daughter: Linda Harrison, Godson: Matt Matt Shaughnessy; four grandchildren: Thearra, Chelesey, Tia and Tina; three great grandchildren: Telia, Tiana and Josh; good friends: Alice Slater and Barbara Summers and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral service on Saturday; 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home with one hour visitation before the service.
Masks are required.
