To the Partlow Family, Pop P as he is affectionately known, will truly be missed by the Perry Family! He was truly a man of character, wisdom and knowledge! We had some beautiful days of riding down the road to and from the hospital, appointments or just sitting at the house laughing! My heart is shattered but God knew you were tired! Farewell Pop P and thanks for allowing me to spend some quality time with you! Jonathan and Tanya, thank you for watching over your Dad..... Job well done! May God be with you all "NOW and FOREVER " more! Sincere LOVE and COMFORT! God Bless!
Mr. Partlow, aka Coach Partlow. You watched me as I grow up throughout the BeaverBrook days, and you coached me as a peewee, and spoke words of wisdom and applauded me when I brought toothpicks to brotherhood breakfast at the young age of 8! When my DAD passed you said to me Howard was a good guy just like you. Mr. George Partlow you too are a GOOD Guy, you will truly be Missed. To Johnathan and entire family, your Father, Grandfather was a hero to many, a role model to so many of us! You guys should hold your Heads up High, among us we had a legend and thanks for sharing him with Us all! Love Tyrone McCoy

Partlow and I shared many good days at Kelly Mill Middle School . I'm very happy I was there on Saturday to see an old friend to share some special memories. I know my friend is now resting in the arms of our Savior. George Richardson (known as Pastor)
You will be truly missed.
Love Connie
Pop, thank you for the long years of being my friend, coworker and godfather. The laughter we shared together on the job, the grill, traveling on the road to see the football games, my graduation and just spending the night when we did not feel like going home. When I needed a substitute teacher you was always up early and ready to go. I am so lost for words. When we watch your Kansas City Chiefs play, it was a battle. On October 5, the staff at KMMS came over to spend some time with you, but did not know that was our last weekend together. So Pop thank you for being my Pop. I will truly miss you. Mom will be happy that you are both together again. I love You Pop. Jonathan and family keep holding on to Gods hand. We love you.
Rest well, My Brother! ΩΨΦ FIETTS!
