Harry James Gregory was born in Lincoln County, NC on September 14, 1956 to the late Murven Gregory and the late Ida Mae Nixon Gregory. He entered eternal rest on Tuesday; October 7, 2025 at Atrium Health-Cleveland in Shelby, NC.
Viewing at the funeral home on Friday; October 10, 2025 from 4 until 8
Funeral will be Saturday; October 11, 2025 at Tuckers Grove United Methodist Church, Iron Station at 1:00 with visitation beginning at 12 noon
Interment: Tuckers Grove Church Cemetery, Iron Station

Harry n I were college mates at Gardner Webb University. I remember when he first acknowledged God in his life. I referred to him as a little brother, despite our two year age difference. He always wore a smile n had the word on his tongue. He walked the walk n talked the talk. He became acquainted with my family, especially my deceased brother John. I remember when he got married. One who laid down his life, and wasted himself for the sake of the kingdom of God and if your stay the course there is a great mansion awaiting you, because he sent up a lot of sacrificial timber. Cindy we are very sorry to hear of Apostle Harry's passing. We had been friends since the day he first entered Cameroon many years ago. The spiritual and physical impact to the people of this country are enormous. God has the final say and he is the rewarder of them that diligently seek him. We will all miss you forever. Rest in His perfect peace.

Cindy and family Words cannot express our sorrow to hear of Harry's passing. We have known each other for such a long time that it seems surreal No one can fully understand God's ways but we know that our lives and times are in his hands. We are thankful that He allowed us to be a part of both Harry and Cindy's lives.
