James was born to the union of the Late Samuel Mitchell, Jr. and Sadie Lindsay-Mitchell in York County, South Carolina on March 21, 1958. He succumbed to injuries from an accident on Sunday; January 28, 2024.
Viewing at the funeral home on Sunday; February 4, 2024 from 5 until 7.
Funeral on Monday; February 5, 2024 at Center Baptist Church at 12:30 with visitation beginning at 12 noon

To Vanessa and family members of "Fish". After only knowing "Fish" for a couple of years, it did not take long to discovery his kind, generous and giving spirit.
