La historia de José Manuel Vásquez Romero comenzó el 8 de diciembre de 1945 en el Departmento de Usulután.
Nacido de orígenes humildes, inició su camino como cualquier otro hombre: lleno de sueños, esperanzas y aspiraciones.
En su recorrido, se enamoró de Catalina “Cali”, como él cariñosamente la llamaba, sería para siempre su otra mitad.
Juntos tuvieron 5 hermosos hijos: Osmin, Isabel, Estela, Norma y Moisés, trayendo al mundo 13 nietos y un bisnieto.
Vivió una vida llena de gozo, felicidad y abundante alegría.
Amaba pasar su tiempo pescando, trabajando en autos y escuchando música. Aunque nunca perfecto, fue un hombre que buscó el corazón de Dios y le Gustaba leer la biblia y cantar himnos. Lideró con dignidad, gracia y pasión.

The story of José Manuel Vásquez Romero began on December 8, 1945 in the Department of Usulután. Born of humble origins, he began his journey like any other man: full of dreams, hopes and aspirations.
On his journey, he fell in love with Catalina "Cali", as he affectionately called her, she would forever be his other half. Together they had 5 beautiful children: Osmin, Isabel, Estela, Norma and Moisés, bringing into the world 13 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
He lived a life full of joy, happiness, and abundant joy. He loved spending his time fishing, working on cars, and listening to music. Although never perfect, he was a man who sought God's heart and liked to read the Bible and sing hymns. He led with dignity, grace, and passion.
