Thank you for being my mother.
Nan! I still can't accept that you're gone. My mind knows that you're in a better place. I just wish I could explain that to my heart. I'm so grateful to have had the chance to be with you until the end. Being there hearing you take your last breath changed my life forever. I couldn't fine myself to say goodbye, because I didn't want you to leave us. Everyone is grieving in their own way. As for me...I have some good days and some bad days and some days I just don't know....Thank you for giving me birth. Thank you for raising me as a strong woman. I'm strong because of you. Thank you for making all those sacrifices, providing for my needs and wants. I've always loved you. Thank you for bringing my Mother. I'm going to try and go on like you told me to. Nan! To the family, may God comfort you during this difficult time. Words cannot express how deeply saddened I am to hear about the passing of your beloved mother. Ms. Margaret was like a neighborhood mom to me. We moved to Belfast Dr when I was only 5 years old and your family became my family. I remember spending endless hours at your house and no one couldn't tell me I wasn't one of her children..lol One of my favorite recipes was her broccoli cornbread and after she made me a pan or two, I finally convinced her to share the recipe. Family, hold on to all of your precious memories with her. She was loved by many and will truly be missed. Love you all! Rockie Graham & Family

People often say to us(her children)... You look just like your mom or you act just like your mom.... Our answer always is... Well, that's my mom(haha). Because for years that's all we knew was nanny. It would not be selfish in question god decision.Lord, I thank you for allowing her to shine 85 yrs.
My heart is heavy, however I would never question God's decision,He knows best... I'm gonna miss you nanny!!!
Lord knows God works in mysterious ways. You and mom were best friends before any of us were born. Seeing you, mom and my grandmother passing within 2 months is unfathomable; but knowing you and mom are together soothes my heart. I love you Ms Margaret, you were my mom's number one and you're already missed.
