Mrs. Sandra Kaye Collins Robbins was born on August 4, 1954 in Dallas, NC. She was the daughter of the late James Benjamin and Betty Lee Collins. She departed this life on Monday, May 18, 2020 at her home.
Sandra was educated in the Gaston County School System. Her last job was Carolina Access Transportation as a driver. She can into contact with many people whom she helped. She loved to dance and spend time with her family and friends. She loved frying her fish and chicken everyday.
She was preceded in death by her brothers: James Alexander Collins and Edward Lamar Collins.
She leaves precious memories to her husband: Johnny Edward Robbins, Sr. of Gastonia, NC; three sons: Michael E. Collins (Nalita) of Gastonia, NC, Johnny E. Robbins, Jr. of Gastonia, NC and Joshua S. Collins of Gastonia, NC; three daughters: Betty Jo Collins of Charlotte, NC, Cassandra Robbins Davis (Richard) of Gastonia, NC, and Tarrisha Robbins Watson (Quentin) of Charlotte, NC; one brother: Frederick Collins (Teresa) of Gastonia, NC; one sister: Gloria Collins Berry (Roy) of Wilmington, NC; two special Friends/sisters: Mary E. Harris and Netta Gwinn and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at the funeral home.
