To my Wife...
Im thankful to God for the love weve shared For all youve said and done, That showed me how much you cared. You stood by me when things were bad, Put a smile on my face whenever I seemed sad. The Bible says that he who finds a wife finds a Good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. You have been my friend, tried and true, I will always be blessed because Ive loved and lived life with you. ~Love Your Husband, Lewis

DONT
Dont spend too much time mourning, tears are for the sad. I left to be with Jesus and this should make you glad. Dont waste your time grieving, no need to feel distress. I was tired of lifes frustration and had to get some rest. Dont vex yourself with questions, or try to reason why. Earthly life for me has ended; it came my time to die. Dont lose the love I gave you, feed it with your care. Grow it with devotion and spread it everywhere. Dont fret because my leaving came in such a way. We will have another meeting in Gods Eternal Day.
