In profound sorrow we announce the passing of Mr. Antonio Jones of Atlanta GA on November 20, 2019. Celebration of Life will be held Monday, November 25, 2019 1:00pm at Grissom-Clark Eastlake Chapel. Viewing Sunday November 24, 2019 2:00-5:00 pm Grissom-Clark Eastlake Chapel.

Antonio Deon Jones (Tony) was born on August 26th, 1987. He was the son of Patricia Jones and Carl Hill. After a vicious battle with cancer, The Lord called him home in the early morning hours of November 20, 2019. Antonio was born in Atlanta Ga and grew up in the Thomasville and Decatur communities. He attended Southside High School. He gave his life to Christ in the early 90’s and was known to carry his pocket bible everywhere he went. Antonio’s vibrant and captivating personality and broad skillset enabled him to pursue employment in various areas of expertise. Antonio leaves behind his mother Patricia Jones, his only child and daughter Jaida Chanel Jones who he lovingly called Tootie. His aunts & uncles Jacquelyn Smith-Thrasher, John Jones, Karen Jones-Barnes, and Stephanie Jones and Gregory Barnes and A host of cousins including Sherry King, Angela Thrasher, Regina Dowell, DeAndrea Crawford, Andrew Jones, Jasmine Parker, Tiara Jones, Dennis Washington, Marquez Barnes, and Alexis Webb. Antonio was preceded in death by his uncle Kenny Jackson and his loving grandmother Mary Jones, whom we all know were waiting to welcome him with open arms.
