Mr. Bobby Glynn Sanders of Decatur passed Monday, July 22, 2013.

Celebration of life for Mr. Bobby G. Sanders will be held Saturday, August 3, 2013 11:00a.m. at Grissom-Clark Eastlake Chapel. Family will assemble 10:30 a.m. at the Chapel.

Mr. Bobby Glynn Sanders was born on August 9, 1954 to the late Mr. Ponnie B. Sanders and Mrs. Clyda Daniels Sanders in Campbellton, Florida. He departed this life on Monday, July 22, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Bobby was raised in a loving home with his three brothers and one sister. He attended the Atlanta Public Schools. Bobby occasionally attended Beulah Baptist Church in Decatur, Georgia with his brother, Quincy. He was a dedicated employee for the Atlanta Coffee and Tea Company for over thirty (30) years. Bobby was a gentle giant who loved life to its fullest. He enjoyed all types of entertainment such as movies, music concerts, dancing and dining out. He will be missed by all who knew him. Bob was always a forgiving person. He believed everybody deserved a chance, a second chance and a third chance and so on. He was always good for someone other than himself. If you came by the house to visit he fed you even if he didn’t have much. Just a big old armful of goodness with a smile as bright as the sunshine and warm as the sunset. We love you and will miss you so much. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Ponnie and Mrs. Clyda Sanders and one brother, Lincoln Sanders. Bobby will be cherished and mourned by his sister, Cheryl Sanders; three brothers, Quincy A. Sanders, Lynn (Deborah) Sanders and Tony Sanders; two aunts, Lovenia Daniels and Sandra Daniels; three uncles, John Richardson, Thomas Daniels and Ozzie Daniels, Jr.; one niece; four nephews; a very special friend, Kathleen Simon along with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
