Many people knew Jeff andJeff knew many people. Most of his close friends and family knew three major facts about Jeff. First, that he was an impeccable dresser. Secondly, that he had a strong resemblance to the recording artist Teddy Pendergrass, (so much so that in his younger years, the resemblance won him first prize in a local contest).
