Mr. Joe Neal Passed. Celebration of life Saturday, November. 21, 2015 Grissom-Clark Eastlake Chapel. Mr. Joe Neal, 76 of Atlanta, Georgia was born August 5, 1938 in Gay, Georgia. He made his transition November 13, 2015. He was joined in holy matrimony to the late Mrs. Connie Heard Neal.
He was a truck driver for over forty-five years. Joe Neal was very humorous. He was full of amusement and very comical.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father Rosa Mae and Jack Neal; brother, R. J. Neal.
He is survived by his two daughters, Lynn Turner and Constance (Omari) Jackson; one son, Stewart Turner; one sister, Yvonne (Willie) Beach; nine grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; special friend, Teresa Wallace; one niece, (Dominick Lewis); nephews, a host of other relatives, and friends.
