Xavier was a gifted child. He excelled academically and became active in sports at an early age. He attended Lorraine Elementary School in Stockbridge, GA where his teachers noticed he was exceptionally smart and tested him for giftedness. He later attended General Ray Davis Middle School in Conyers, GA where he played basketball, football and ran track. His trophy for participating in track and field remains on display at the school today. At the age of 13, Xavier started playing AAU basketball. As a senior, he began playing football, and was a wide receiver for the varsity football team. He continued his education at Tuskegee University in Alabama. He started off majoring in Electrical Engineering and later decided to switch to Biology with aspirations of becoming a neurosurgeon. As a freshman, he played the position of wide receiver for the Golden Tigers. Xavier enjoyed sports, video games, hanging out with friends and spending time with his family. Some of his greatest joys came when he was spending quality time with family and friends. Xavier was always making jokes and trying to have fun. He used to always FaceTime me, jokingly calling me his lil sister and we would just talk about anything. I never imagined our last call would've been so soon. We had great memories and I wish we could've made more. Im praying for him and his family. He will forever be missed and loved. Margaret

Our loving Xavier. We miss you already. I remember you not being afraid to leave Aunt Barbara's house with me (Irene) and go over to your Aunt Corine's house. You were such a brave little baby, and trusted your crazy aunts completely. I also remember that you were not much older than a toddler when you let your grannie know in the grocery store that she probably suffered from short-term memory loss. (We all agree with that one). We all were so proud of you, (and all that you accomplished in your given time) and loved and cared for you dearly, and you knew that, too. We thank God for our time that he allowed us with you. May you rest in peace, nephew. The AUNTS
