When friends and family reflect on the spirit of Virginia they often describe her as being an easy going, loving kind hearted, and generous person with an amazing ability to feed the soul. Anyone can attest to her awesome culinary skills once they have had the pleasure of biting into a slice of her tantalizing sweet potato custard or her tasty fried chicken.
