Coretta H. Jones

Kenny, my heartfelt sympathy is extended to you and Coretta's sisters. I am so sorry for your loss. Had I known of her illness I would have come down for a visit. Do take care and I hope to see you soon.

We played basketball together from 8th grade till graduation. She was always smiling and catering. I enjoyed working with her in her therapy. Then in her final days just visiting reminiscing over the old days and catching up with what she had been doing and her family since graduation. She met her final days with such grace and peace.

I was so sorry to hear of Sis Coretta's passing. We grew up together and, though life took us in different directions, we always shared a sense of mutual fondness, respect and support—especially through our faith and church communities.
