I met Ms. Emma in recent years, but it felt like I had known her a lifetime. She had already found a place in the hearts of all of Tasha's friends long before many of us even met her personally. It was always clear how deeply she was loved, cared for, celebrated, and appreciated, and she deserved every bit of it. Rest well, Ms. Emma. She will be missed by us all. -Misty
Emma always had a smile on her face when I would visit Tasha. She will be missed.

Hey Sandra I was so saddened to see the passing of ur Sweet Mama! May the Good Lord elicit strength & courage to maintain during this Tuff time! U hang in there Girley! GOD BLESS!
Deepest condolences on the passing of Ms. Emma: her brother, Mr. Thomas Martin was our neighbor who she resembled so much that I jokingly called them twins . I only met Ms. Emma in recent years when I moved back home to Martinsville and while working the voting poll precinct. When she came in , I figured immediately upon seeing her that she had to be related to Mr. Thomas without even knowing her name.π She was always such a gracious and pleasant person. May God rest her soul and comfort/strengthen the family with the peace that passes all understanding.ππ½π€ποΈβ¨ Sonji P. and Rudy R.

She just seemed to have a heart of gold. I remember her greeting me with a kiss at Church all the time, and was so loving towards everyone! So glad I could call her cousin. I have no doubt the Lord welcomed her with open arms.π«Άπ½ππ½π
