Flonard Barett Stockton, Jr., 39, of Fuller Street, Axton, VA, departed from this life Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at his residence. He was born in Virginia on October 16, 1983, to Flonard Stockton, Sr. and the late Robin D. Jamison Stockton.
Flonard attended Laurel Park High School. He was a member of Mt. Valley Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys play, working on computers, gardening, and enjoying his favorite music.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include: his wife, Latoya Witcher Stockton of the home; his father Flonard Stockton, Sr.; his two sons, Marcus Shuff and Xavier Stockton both of Axton, VA; one brother, Gregory Jamison of Pennsylvania; one sister, Charall Jamison of Axton, VA; and a host of other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A service for Flonard will be held Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at 12:00 noon at the C.R.V. Memorial Chapel at Hairston Funeral Home with Pastor John Breedlove, eulogist. Burial will be private. In accordance to the CDC a face covering and social distancing will be required.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hairston Funeral Home.
