On Friday, November 1, 2024, Henry A. Fountain 58, of Charlotte, NC transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life. He was born in Henry County, VA on July 9, 1966, to the late James H. Robertson and Nancy Giles Fountain.
In addition to his parents, Henry was preceded in death by two sisters, Lizzie Giles and Bonita Giles.
Henry was a member of Only Way Church, Eden, NC, and was a graduate of Laurel Park High School class of 1984. He was employed by Spectrum as a Retention Representative.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Kimberly G. Fountain of the home; one daughter, Carniece Greene-Fountain of Charlotte, NC; one sister, Roxie Robertson of Axton, VA; two brothers, James Robertson (Marie) and Curtis Robertson (Shennia) both of Axton, VA; and a host of other relatives, and friends.
A visitation service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. with the funeral service at 2 p.m. at Jerusalem Free Deliverance Church, 135 Blue Knob Rd., Martinsville, VA with Bishop James Perkins, Eulogist. Interment will follow at the Brim/Giles Family Cemetery, 850 Mitchell Rd., Axton, VA. Other times, the family will be receiving friends at 850 Mitchell Rd., Axton, VA
A public viewing will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Hairston Funeral Home between the hours of 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. The family will be receiving friends at Hairston Funeral Home on Friday November 8, 2024, from 3 p.m. till 5 p.m. with an open mic., this will provide a heartfelt opportunity for special guest to share cherished memories, reflections, and words of tribute. Live streaming of the funeral service will be available at Hairston Funeral Home live via Facebook.
