Ray Ray, we are praying for you and with you. Though death is hard to handle, we know that God is the supplier of everything that you need. When Irvin closed his eyes on this side of the Jordan, I believe the angels were rejoicing because God called in another servant from the battlefield. Your mom met him at the gate, not only to say WELCOME, but to say THANK YOU for loving the life that was purposed through them. Stay strong sweetheart for I know you have another guardian Angel to cover you. Rest on Irvin, for the Lord is saying well done, thy good and faithful servant. Come on in!!! Lovingly submitted by your cousin, Vickie and family
Ray Ray, our hearts sank when we received the news that your dad, had transitioned from labor to reward. There is hope in knowing that Irving is surrounded by those loved ones that proceeded him in his new eternal life of being in the direct presence of our Heavenly Father. Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus, Just to take Him at His Word, Just to rest upon His promise, Just to know, Jesus, Jesus, how I trust Him, How I've proved Him o'er and o'er Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus Oh, for grace to trust Him more. You can stand on the truth that Irving is in the land of "no mores", nothing but joy, joy, joy. Hold on to your most cherished memories and speak of them as often as you can. This is a process, though it is painful, it must be accepted because it is God allowed in our journey to our everlasting life. Our prayers for grace, peace, and comfort to the brokenhearted and those crushed in spirit will be your portion. Even in the midst of sorrow and overwhelming grief, God is yet Faithful and a great Sustainer! We are standing in support of you, as we hold you up in prayer for the days, weeks, months and years to come. Rest on thy good and faithful servant (Irvin) as you will be forever on our minds and in our hearts. Thank you God for sharing your son with us on this side of the Jordan. Humbly submitted by Bessie M. Cook and Family
