My Brother Time gets by us soooo fast. The many days I thought of our kinship and friendship wishing you either be 1,000 places or 1,000 people. So much taken for granted. Now With God your feet have been planted. I vividly remember our trip to Port Chester NY seeing your Cousin Deez. N the White Subaru. Deez to me Forever. But. Momma Veronica. Brother Anthony. Son Ryan. My apologies I didn't stay n touch better. Today I want to say I remember my friend ensuring if you going to be around me. You gotta read a book. Mind Elevation was his Best Friend. The Smile. The Laugh. "You bugging" quote. Momma called you Gene. Some say John. We say Deez n all the names the man, the son, the Brother, the Father was a friend and a teacher who I will always love and remember. I went in the Marine Corps and became a Husband and Father for the last 40 years and my friend had moved to Danville Virginia which I have become aware of the great history. Mom's was a Business Motto n Our Community. A Renaissance Woman. Her son's inherited her spirit. My Brother was charismatic, charming and a Great Orator. John Eugene Brooks. Forever Ever. Is where you will be in My Heart. Thank you for many lessons that became blessings and mantras for My Life. My Wife Shawn and I send Our Deepest Condolences with Love and Sincerity. I'll forever regret not calling my friend more. Let All Our Lessons become Blessings Of Love Life and Laughter. For God So Loved His Only Begotten Son. Rest Easy My Brother You will be missed.
