It is with profound sadness and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of Lois Preston Spencer, age 76, of Ridgeway, Virginia, who peacefully transitioned from this earthly life on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia.
Lois was a cherished soul whose life was a precious gift to all who knew and loved her. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by her presence. Though words cannot fully express the sorrow felt by those who loved her, we find comfort in the memories she leaves behind and the love that will forever remain in our hearts.

I always called her Mrs Lois. She had a BIG Heart ❤️. Whenever I saw Mrs Lois she always called me baby. I would stop by her house in the mornings , while she was waiting on her Granddaughter to get on the bus. She will be missed by everyone who knew her. She loved her children. Praying 🙏 for the family.
