Marsha Kaye Ingram, 56, of Carver Court, Martinsville, VA, departed this life on Monday, December 30,2019 at SOVAH Health-Martinsville. She was born the daughter of the late Barbara D. Ingram and Henry B. Ingram on December 28, 1963 in Martinsville, VA. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gregory A. Ingram.
Marsha was a member of Mt. Zion AME Church. She was a Graduate of Martinsville High School, Class of 1983 and worked for Kroger Bakery in Martinsville and College Park, GA with 30 years of service. She loved arts, and crafts,baking, music and watching movies. Marsha was a very fun loving,jovial person.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Henry B. Ingram of Martinsville, VA; one brother, Vincent F. Ingram (Melissa) of Fords, New Jersey; sister-in-law, Karen Ingram of Bristow, VA; a special caregiver, Aunt Kaye Howard of Martinsville, VA; and other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Galilean House of Worship with Bishop Doug Ingram, Eulogist. Visitation will be held 30 minutes prior to the service at the church, Galilean House of Worship where the pastor is Bishop Michael Penn, and all other times at the home, 1306 Carver Court, Martinsville, VA. Interment will be held at Carver Memorial Gardens, Martinsville, VA.

I remember having a long vivit with Marsha, her mother and her father just after the situation with the car coming through their house. She was very surprised and happy with the visit and I left with a good feeling and a sad feeling. This family has was always special to me and I will always remember Marsha's mom as my Cub Scout leader. Rest in Peace Marsha; and WALK through those Pearly Gates.
