Aunque su camino en esta tierra fue demasiado corto, Sucely deja un legado de amor que continuará viviendo a través de sus hijos y de toda su familia. Sucely Raymundo-Zacarias, age 24, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2026, at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. She is leaving behind a loving family and a lifetime of memories that will forever be cherished.

Sucely was born on February 27, 2002, in Guatemala. Though her life was far too short, she was able to touch the lives of many.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved partner, Gustavo Hernandez, and her children, Kylie Hernandez and Jacob Hernandez of the home; her mother, Petrolina Zacarias-Zacarias; her two brothers-in-law, Luis (Karol) Hernandez, and Leo Hernandez both of Martinsville, VA; father-in-law, Elisian Hernandez, and mother-in-law, Teresa Hernandez both of Martinsville, VA; along with extended family and loved ones who will forever hold her close in their hearts.

For Sucely, motherhood was a cherished part of who she was. Her children were a source of love and happiness. She loved her children deeply and treasured the moments she shared with them. Her love, care, and devotion as a mother will remain an everlasting part of the lives of her children.

While her journey on earth was far too short, Sucely leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through her children and family. May they find comfort in the beautiful memories they shared and in knowing that the love she gave so freely will remain with them always.

Funeral services for Sucely Raymundo-Zacarias will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, with an 11:30 a.m. visitation and a 12:00 p.m. service at the C.R.V. Memorial Chapel at Hairston Funeral Home, 301 Fayette Street, Martinsville, VA. Interment will follow at Fairhaven Memorial Park, 18960 A L Philpott Hwy, Spencer, VA 24165.

A public viewing will be held at Hairston Funeral Home, 301 Fayette St., Martinsville, VA on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. Live streaming of the funeral service will be available at Hairston Funeral Home live via Facebook.
