I have known Mrs. Hairston for a long time. She had a quiet and peaceful demeanor. I will miss seeing her when I would visit her sister, Gladys Clark (aka) Ms. Jane. Thinking of her family with love 💕.

I remember Ms. Thelma when I was a little girl growing up on Banner Street. I had no idea until yesterday that my grandmother was Mrs. Hairston's great aunt. My condolences to the family. Melanie Carter
