Timothy A. Breedlove, 49, of Myrtle Road, Martinsville, VA departed from this life on Thursday, May 1, 2025, in Portsmouth, VA. He was born in Martinsville, VA on December 5, 1975, to Samuel Breedlove and Tracy Pitzer.
Timothy was a member of St. Paul High Street Baptist Church in Martinsville, VA.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include, his mother, Tracy Pitzer of Martinsville, VA; his father, Samuel Breedlove of Axton, VA; two sons, Dashond Devore of Radford, VA, and Shay Goode of Roanoke, VA; one daughter, Makala Penn of Texas; nine grandchildren; three brothers, Marcel T. Breedlove, Demetrius A. Breedlove, and Rickey D. Flood, Jr. all of Martinsville, VA; two stepsisters, Tomeka Flood of Martinsville, VA, and Brittney B. Breedlove of Axton, VA; his step-father, Rickey Flood, Sr. of Martinsville, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul High Street Baptist Church, 401 Fayette Street, Martinsville, VA. With Pastor Thomas Devins as the Eulogist. The burial will follow at Carver Memorial Gardens, 869 Parkway Drive, Martinsville, VA.
A public viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Hairston Funeral Home, from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. at all other times the family will be receiving friends at the residence of his mother, 924 Myrtle Road, Martinsville, VA. Live streaming of the funeral service will be available at Hairston Funeral Home live via Facebook.
