I offer my deepest sympathy to his family. I just found out on 8-12-23 that Andy passed away. He was a great friend and help to me when I worked for the railroad. He was a great engineer. He will be solely missed by me.
Dr. Phil. Andy was the first person at the railroad to call me Dr. Phil I will never forget you.
God needed 1 more angel so he chose you. No words can ever replace the joy you brought to so many lives so with a sincere heart and the joy of knowing you, get your rest my friend until we meet again.
