Send flowers to the service of Margaret Ambrose
We are deeply sadden by the death of Margaret Ambrose and her son Roderick Ambrose. We met Margaret through her son Roderick, who she adored and called "Rod." Roderick and our son, Kevin Harrison, attended Southern Laboratory and played basketball together. He was so well mannered and polite. He was Margaret's son, after all. He and Kevin spent nights at each other homes often. We can see him now sitting at our table with Kevin eating a pound of bacon between the two. We travelled together to their basketball games. We were sadden by his sudden death. also. Our hearts ached for Margaret. She was a woman of character, poised, and confident. A Black woman to noticed as well as admired. Margaret was intelligent, funny and had great values. She reared her son that way. It has been years since we were graced by their appearance. We will never forget her nor Roderick. Our deepest sympathy goes to their family. We pray that God will bring them peace during this difficult time. We pray you find comfort in knowing that mother and son are reunited.
Margaret and I attended Grambling during the same years. She was a very nice person with a pleasant personality. Though I had not seen her for many years, I have always remembered her. Sincere condolences to her family.
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
