My condolences to Richard's family. I worked with Richard for about 15 years at Ciba Geigy, Novartis and Syngenta. Richard was a gentleman and was a positive influence on our plant. May you rest in peace Richard. Ed Mayer

My prayers to the Richard Craven family. Richard was my supervisor at Ciba and I had the up most respect for him. Richard was a kind, considerate, and all around great guy to be around. Rest In Peace my friend. May your new journey be truly peaceful. Don Caillier
