Ricky Dale Merritt, Sr, entered eternal rest on September 18, 2024, at the age of 66. Survived by his wife, Melvina Merritt; daughters, Nicole Ann Merritt, Chanelle Williams; sons, Ricky Dale Merritt, Jr, and Kyle Claiborne; sisters, Charla Jaurreau (Jody) and Tammy Hernadez (Gust); 13 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Merritt and Kay Davis; daughter Jessica Morford and brother David Merritt.
