I was a new comer at your apartments years ago and Ms. Val was the first person to invite me and my family to hang out with our neighbors. Thank you for the warm welcome. May you rest in peace!

With loving memories of Val. A big part of our heart is missed, our family will never be the same, spending times together. She fought with great capacity with strong strength. Today is the day. It is hard to accept. We will truly miss you cousin. We were always there for each other and I have many memories to cherish. Love you and will see you on the other side. We will be here for Tasha with open arms, love and whatever it takes to help her through these dark days.

Lived alongside the Lockett's most of my childhood, Valerie was that girl. Very well spoken and put together. I remember the Central Park days and most importantly, the basement candy store ran by Mrs. Lockett!
