I am so sorry for your loss. No words can take away the pain, but I hope you feel surrounded by love, comfort, and strength. May the memories you hold close bring you peace when you need it most. I'm praying that God wraps His arms around you and your family during this season of grief. May He give you peace that passes all understanding, strength for each day, and comfort in every memory.
To the Family of Our Beloved Sister, Valerie On behalf of Brother Cory and myself we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences during this time of sorrow and transition. Sister Valerie was more than a Sister in our Order — she was a light of kindness, strength, compassion, and dedication. Her presence touched many lives, and the memories she created within our Chapter and community will forever remain treasured in our hearts. We pray that God grants your family peace, comfort, and strength in the days ahead. May you find reassurance in knowing that her legacy of love, service, and friendship will continue to live on through all those she inspired. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." — Psalm 34:18 Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. May cherished memories bring comfort, and may the love surrounding you provide strength for the journey ahead. With sincere sympathy and love, Brother Cory and Sister Jacqueline Nelson
I was a new comer at your apartments years ago and Ms. Val was the first person to invite me and my family to hang out with our neighbors. Thank you for the warm welcome. May you rest in peace!
With loving memories of Val. A big part of our heart is missed, our family will never be the same, spending times together. She fought with great capacity with strong strength. Due to me not feeling well, I won't be there to share in person but in my spirit of prayers will be there. Tasha I'm always here, love you. Val is in the presence of God. Rest on my cousin. Much ❤️ love. Fay
Today is the day. It is hard to accept. We will truly miss you cousin. We were always there for each other and I have many memories to cherish. Love you and will see you on the other side. We will be here for Tasha with open arms, love and whatever it takes to help her through these dark days.
Gone but never forgotten a smile to keep this candle lit forever and ever. Love you.
Sis Latasha, my heart is truly heavy for you during this difficult time. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. A mother's love is so special, and I pray that God gives you strength, comfort, and peace in the days ahead. Sending you so much love.
Lived alongside the Lockett's most of my childhood, Valerie was that girl. Very well spoken and put together. I remember the Central Park days and most importantly, the basement candy store ran by Mrs. Lockett! You will be truly missed , sending my DEEPEST condolences to my friend Tasha in this time of grief. 'Weeping may endure for the night, but joy cometh in the morning" (PSALMS 30:5) -The Alexanders
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
