I met Bill when I started working at Olin in Charleston, TN. Bill was my mentor for the Chlorine Institute and a wonderful man. He was knowledgeable and loves sharing his knowledge. He was kind, open and honest. He did not give way to the politics of the corporation but did what he believed to be the right thing to do in all his dealings. I was sorry to see him retire and am very sorry to hear about his passing. Bill will be remembered for his love and kindness. I guess God needed this strong warrior in Heaven more than we needed him here on earth. Rest in peace dear friend. You have been a blessing to all who knew you.

It was a honor to have crossed paths with Bill during his years at Olin and during the years his sons participated in sports at Cleveland High. I knew him as an honorable man and as a believer in Jesus Christ, I will enjoy shaking hands and talking with him again. I pray that his family will receive the peace of GOD, now and in the days that follow.
