The funeral service for Ms. Betty Jean Staley will be held at Progressive Baptist Church , located at 1600 Clanton Rd, North Carolina 28208, on Saturday July 12, 2025. The viewing will commence at 12:00 noon followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM.

My sincerest condolences to all of the Staley family. Betty was (my bonus sister and my friend) and I loved her dearly. I will miss her infectious laughter and all of the crazy things we did during our time at the halfway house and beyond. I will miss her calls asking me to send her a door dash or anything else she needed or just wanted me to do. Mostly, I will miss sharing my secrets with her.
