Stephen (Steve) F. Riggs, 63, of Chattanooga went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 24, 2018. He was the owner of Basic Business Solutions, served on several boards in various capacities and a faithful member of Second Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his mother Claudia Riggs; sisters: Claudesta Riggs (both of Chattanooga); Marcia Riggs, Stone Mountain, GA; Helen Allen, Nashville, TN; brother Sylvester Kevin Riggs, Sr, Chattanooga, TN; niece, Jasmine (Steve) Vongsa, Laverne, TN; nephew, Sylvester Kevin (Katelyn) Riggs, Jr., Antioch, TN and a host of other relatives and many clients and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 10:00am-10:45am with funeral following at 11:00am at Second Presbyterian Church 700 Pine Street Chattanooga, TN 37402, with Dr Steve Caudle as the Eulogist and Rev. Sherry Cothran Officiating.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Steve Riggs. I had the pleasure of working with Steve for almost 15 years. He was a wonderful and caring person and very knowledgeable of business development and strategies. Steve is now with our Heavenly Father and I shall keep his family in my prayers.

So sorry to hear about Steve's passing. He was a lovely person and I will miss his hugs on Sunday morning and his beautiful voice reading scriptures in church. He was an amazing person and I feel fortunate to have known him. My sincere condolences to his mom and family. ~ Carolyn Agnew
