If I walk in the pathway of duty. If I work, til the close of the day, Lord. I shall see the great king in all his beauty. When I've gone the last mile of the way, Lord, yes sir. When I've gone the last mile of the way, oh yeah,, I shall rest at the close of day. For I know there are joy awaiting, When I've gone the last mile of the way. If I were, for Christ to proclaim the glad story, oh Lord If I see for his sheep who gone astray, oh Lord. I am sure he will show me in his glory, When I've gone the last mile of the way.

Deacon George P. George of Stockton, Georgia was born November 16, 1975, and worked till the close of his days on this side, and he went the last mile of the way on Sunday, February 18, 2024.

Home Going Services are scheduled for Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 1:00 PM from the Morning Star Baptist Church - 1051 Howell Road.

Final Resting Place: Foreman Cemetery.

George George would always ask my husband whom is deceased about how I was doing so I am saddened about his passing but know that earth has no sorrows that heaven cannot heal. I am sending deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

I'm proud to say Mr. George was a good friend. He was a hardworking employee. He was a humble and generous man. George will be missed by many at Mauser Packaging. May God give your family peace for the days ahead.
