Deacon Rubin Lee's Earthly Transition Notice
It is with profound sadness that we announce the earthly transition of Deacon Rubin Lee, a pillar of the Valdosta, Georgia community. Born on June 1, 1941, Deacon Lee departed this life on Saturday, August 31, 2024. A devoted husband, loving grandfather, and steadfast man of faith, as well as a servant of the Lord at Day Spring Missionary Baptist Church. Deacon Lee embodied the essence of community service and dedication. His unwavering commitment to his family, church, and neighbors will be deeply missed.
As we mourn his passing, we take comfort in the words of 2 Timothy 4:7, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith." Deacon Lee's remarkable life exemplified this scripture, and his legacy will continue to inspire and uplift us.
We celebrate his life, honor his memory, and pray for the comfort and strength of his loved ones during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Deacon Rubin Lee. Your fight is finished, and your faith has been kept.
Celebration of Life Services will be honored by family & friends on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at
