It is with emotions of sadness but yet with a rejoicing heart that the mansion ELDER JOHN H. SPENCER JR. preached for many years, our loving and faithful God has granted him access.
Elder John H. Spencer Jr. (79) entered the earth realm on August 7, 1940 Of Valdosta Georgia, fell asleep into the presences of the Lord on Saturday morning September 14, 2019.
The family is requesting well wishers to join them on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Union Cathedral - 1050 East Hill Avenue as they reflect and honor the life of Elder John H. Spencer Jr. Burial will follow in the Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Add A CondolenceI first met John Spencer Jr. around 40 years ago when we both worked at Moody Air Force Base. We both worked on the flight line. At the time I worked as a federal firefighter and he drove a sweeper to keep the flight line ramp clean. And many times in the late evening he would visit the fire station.
And I gladly say he was one of the finest Christian men I have ever known. Rest in peace John Henry Spencer Jr. you may be gone, but you were loved by so many and will not be forgotten, ever. Freddie L Sirmans Sr.
