Mr. Felton Spencer of Cecil Georgia (72) was born on October 1, 1946 and God has decided to call him from labor to reward on Thursday, September 26, 2019

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Rehoboth Church of Valdosta Georgia - Rev. Randy Jones, Pastor.

I miss you dad

An intelligent man with a sense of humor like no other. He loved his children adored his wife and gave to those in need. His fight with cancer was a courageous one that was fueled by his love for his family and to see them grow. I prayers and well-wishes go out to his family. God Bless
