Jacqueline Smith, of Valdosta, GA was born on Thursday, June 4, 1970 and at the age of 51 transitioned from this earthly life on Thursday, June 17, 2021.
Services to commemorate her life is scheduled from for Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM from the True Harbor Apostolic Church - Address: 4202 Loch Laurel Rd, Lake Park, GA 31636. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery.
